OUR PROGRAMS
At ECNS, our teachers strive to provide quality early education to all of our students. Our curriculum meets the Illinois Early Learning Standards and includes language, science, math, social development, music, creative movement, and art. ECNS offers four separate class times for your
pre-school aged child, depending on their age and availability.
Schedule for the 2023/2024 School Year
Monday / Wednesday / Friday
(ages 4 & 5 - Kindergarten readiness)
Morning session: 8:30 - 11:00 AM
Afternoon session: 12:00 - 2:30 PM
Tuesday / Thursday
(age 3/ages 3 & 4)
Morning session: 8:30 - 11:00 AM
Afternoon session: 12:00 - 2:30 PM
Language
Your child will be exposed to literature and fine motor activities that foster a love for reading and writing.
Art
Our students have the opportunity to participate in various art, music, and dramatic experiences.
Movement
Children will develop and increase gross motor abilities by participating in free and structured play.
Math
We work to build math skills through number play, the use of manipulatives, and solveing real-life problems.
Community
Children get to explore their community with opportunities for field trips and special classroom guests.
